PRE-ENTRY BOOKING ONLY

Start from Oak Lea Stables, off Queen St, Braydon, nr Minety, SN16  9RL. 

The club will supply riders with written instructions of route – 9.5 miles, along quiet lanes, byways and bridleways.

Two bridle gates will need to be negotiated but all other gates will be manned.

Riders to go out in pairs or small groups only, must carry a mobile phone and a map case for instructions would be useful.

Cakes, tea and coffee to be enjoyed at end of ride, included in the entry fee of £10 per rider.

Times will be allocated – avail on website on Thurs 19th Sept.

Open to all but limited to 25 – CLOSING DATE 16th September, for catering purposes & times.

From Minety

At Turnpike pub at xroads in Minety, head out in Brinkworth direction, then fork off to right. Follow this road, down the hill, to country xroads, go straight over and Oak Lea Stables is 100 yds on your right. ( if you drive past us,you will come to my neighbours at  FOREST VIEW  – large private equestrian property – large outdoor arena / indoor school – you will need to turn around and come back to Oak Lea Stables 😊 )

From Wootton Bassett

Head out of town towards Malmesbury, under m/way bridge, then turn right onto Cirencester/ Ashton Keynes road. Continue until Braydon xroads – turn left. Road narrows and will bend sharply to right, DO NOT FOLLOW ROAD AROUND TO RIGHT, BUT GO STRAIGHT ON . Road narrows more – come to xroads, turn left to Brinkworth, Oak Lea  is 100yds on right hand side. if you pass FOREST VIEW  – large private equestrian property – large outdoor arena / indoor school – near road junction, you have gone too far &  will need to turn around and come back to Oak Lea Stables 😊 )
