Ravensbrook Farm, Brinkworth Road, Minety SN16 9RJ
Hunter trial over a 2’6” (80cm) course with approximately 21 jumps around fields and through a small wood.
Also a separate Mini XC course, approx 2ft (65cm) – 10 jumps in one field – for less confident riders
Show-Jumping over a course of bet 2’ 6” – 2’ 9” (80-85cm) in a Grass Arena, so plenty of space.
For the mini classes with a course of fences, set no higher than 2ft (65cm).
Subject to entries, Classes 1, and 2 may be divided into senior and junior sections.
CLASS 1 ( A) – Individuals – over XC course ONLY, with timed section.
( B) – Individuals – over mini XC course (timed).
(Level 3 Body protectors must be worn, see conditions of entry)
CLASS 2 ( A )– Individuals riding over XC Course AND SJ course
( B) – Individuals riding over mini XC course and mini SJ course
(Level 3 Body protectors must be worn, see also conditions of entry)
CLASS 3 – (A) Individuals riding over SJ course only.
( B) Individuals riding over mini SJ course only

XC Course Walk: Day before, i.e Saturday 13th Aug from 4.00pm – 6.30pm, or on morning of event.
Rosettes to 6th place. No eliminations over the XC course – Two refusals and you must carry on to the next fence.
Please bring £5 deposit for number/ bibs , to be worn over both elements.
Anyone who has symptoms of COVID-19 or has someone in their household who develops symptoms prior to the competition must not attend and your money will be transferred to another date.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1 The decision of the judges and stewards is final.
2 Flu vaccinations must be up to date, and the most recent injection at least 7 days before attending any competition / event. Passports must be brought with you to any event.
3 Hard hats and body protectors (Level 3 BSI standard) must be worn by all riders, plus either long riding boots or jodhpur boots.
4 Should a fence judge decide that either a horse or rider are unfit to continue their decision is final.
5 No entry will be accepted unless accompanied by the correct fee & signed rider disclaimer form.
6 The Landowners and the organisers and helpers of NWSC Hunter trials will not be responsible or liable for any accident, injury, illness, damage or claim arising directly or indirectly to horses, riders, spectators or any person or property.
7 Horses and ponies must be 4 years old or over.
8 All entrants take part at their own risk. The landowners, organisers and helpers take no responsibility for any injury or damage.
9 Dogs welcome but MUST be kept on lead at all times, and any dog muck picked up and taken home.
10 In the event of bad weather causing the hunter trials to be cancelled, there will be an administration charge of £5.00.
