Fun, supportive & friendly environment to enjoy flatwork poles or Showjumping gridwork with Alyce King in the outdoor arena.
Max 2 in each group session, min 2 in each hourly session, to run the event.
Poles from 11:00 – 11:50 (10 minute break to allow for rider crossover)
Gridwork 12:00 – 12:50

FEES
£32 for members
£34 for non-members
(inclusive of venue hire)

COVID-19
Please read these Special Instructions carefully.

The clinic will be run in accordance with the current COVID-19 rules :

• Social distancing measures will be put in place and must be strictly observed by all.
• Please do not arrive too early, and please leave straight after your lesson to avoid overlapping.
• If you do arrive and others are there, please park with a good gap and allowing for access at all times
• Please mount outside the arena and wait as I will do the arena gate for you, coming in and out.
• ONLY 1 other person to attend with participants.
• Unfortunately there will be no access to toilets
• If you or anyone in your household has symptoms of COVID-19 prior to the clinic, please do not attend. Your fees will be transferred to another date.
• Entries can be made via this website only. The closing date for entries will be the 6th of July. Unfortunately there can be no provision for late entries as the arrangements to deal with the COVID-19 situation are taking longer than in normal times.
• Entry fees must be made at the same time as your entry – by bank transfer /or BACS. Again, please no exceptions. The club doesn’t have the time to chase people for payments so we operate a no payment / no entry policy. Refunds are only made on presentation of a Vet certificate.

Apologies for the above “rules” but I am sure that you will all understand that the Club needs to do as much as it can to keep everyone safe and well.
